The course will cover how to develop and organize a crisis response team/plan at the local school/corporate level. Various issues of crisis management and crisis response will be addressed in my course. This course is open to all school personnel, human relations directors and those interested in the area of crisis response and crisis prevention.

Participants will work cooperatively to develop a crisis response handbook, which can be used as a reference in times of crisis or need.
Role play crisis situations will also be played out in a team environment.
