TEXAS CITY, Texas -- One year after the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) opened a temporary manufactured housing community site in Bridge City to provide disaster housing to 39 households displaced by Hurricane Ike, the last resident has left and the park is closing.
